Rwanda Data Node — Local Training: Applied Data Harmonization, Quality, Analytics and Federated Node Deployment

The EpiScientia Academy announces the local training of the Rwanda data node — the 10-week OMOP Data Engineer Certificate programme led by Prof Dr Marc Twagirumukiza, MD, PhD, with the Rwanda Biomedical Centre (RBC) and the University of Rwanda ACE-DS.

Rwanda Data Node — Local Training: Applied Data Harmonization, Quality, Analytics and Federated Node Deployment

The EpiScientia Academy opens the local training of the Rwanda data node: the 10-week OMOP Data Engineer Certificate programme. Week 1 starts on Sunday 11 October 2026 — weekly live online sessions (Zoom) plus two in-person workshops in Kigali (Workshop I: 23–24 December 2026; Workshop II: 22–23 February 2027). Week 0 — induction course (1-day hackathon in Kigali) on Friday 2 October 2026. Programme closing 15 December 2026.
